Do you do custom orders?

YES!!!! I love working with my clients to bring their visions to life. My custom order fee is nonrefundable $25 ($10 for custom t-shirts). If you end up loving the piece, the fee is put directly to the price of the item you’re purchasing.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If I have your item already made, it will ship asap and arrive to you super quick. If I have to make your order it takes a few extra days. The dying process itself is a minimum of 24 hours. Please let me know if you have a tie dye emergency and need your order in a rush, so I can move you to the front of the line.

Do you wholesale? Bulk orders?

I often do large wholesale t-shirt orders for various businesses, schools, bands and social groups. I provide full service for these orders, guiding my customers through the entire process. I work with you directly to design not only the tie dye, but also the screen printing and/or monograming design.

Less often do I wholesale my own hand sewn pieces. These garments have been designed by me, hand sewn for my brand and then finally hand dyed (by me). However, if interested, I would love to converse with you further about your needs. Please feel free to email me so that we can discuss.

Returns/Exchanges

I want you to LOVE your Ludasigns piece. I am happy to exchange or return your item within 14 days of delivery. All custom order have a non-refundable design fee (see above).

How do you wash your tie dye pieces? Garment care recommendations . . .

Please wash your Ludasigns on a gentle setting with dark materials in cold water and tumble dry on your desired temperature - or line dry to save energy. The fabrics I use for my garments are extremely low maintenance. If you pull it out of the dryer and hang it straight away there won’t be any wrinkles.

Where do your clothes come from?

Ludasigns is committed to empowering small producers, and to fostering sustainable livelihoods.  My garments are purchased directly from a home-based, family sewing business in Central Java, Indonesia.  100% of Ludasigns costs for these items are paid directly to the sewer.
